You Will Need:
- 1 packet It's Tasty by Gohar Mint Chops Masala
- 1 kg (2–2.5 lbs) lamb or mutton chops
- 1–2 tbsp ginger garlic paste (optional)
- Water (as needed)
- Oil for frying
- Egg (optional, for extra crispiness)
How to Use:
- Add chops, Mint Chops Masala, ginger garlic paste (optional), and water to a pot.
- Cover and cook on medium heat until chops are tender and water is mostly absorbed.
- Add oil and cook until chops are browned and flavorful.
- (Optional) Dip cooked chops in beaten egg with a little salt and shallow fry until golden.
