You Will Need:

• 1 pack Gol Gappa Khatta Mix
• 4–5 cups cold water
• Ice cubes (optional)
• Boiled potatoes & chickpeas for serving
• Gol gappa / pani puri shells

How to Make:

1. In a large bowl or jug, add 1 pack of Gol Gappa Khatta Mix to 4–5 cups cold water.
2. Mix well until fully dissolved.
3. Taste and adjust water as desired for stronger or lighter flavor.
4. Add ice, chopped mint, or cilantro for extra freshness (optional).

6. Serve with gol gappa shells filled with potatoes and chickpeas. Enjoy chilled!
