How to Use
Add one packet to your marinated meat and parboiled rice. Layer, seal, and cook on dum for a fragrant, flavorful biryani every time.
Simple Biryani Recipe
You will need:
- 1 whole chicken (cut into pieces) or 2–3 lbs chicken
- 2–3 onions (sliced)
- 2–3 tomatoes (chopped)
- 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
- Oil (as needed)
- Yogurt (optional, for richness)
- Fresh herbs (cilantro & mint)
- Green chilies (optional)
- Rice (boiled separately)
Cooking method:
- Heat oil and fry sliced onions until golden brown.
- Add chicken and ginger garlic paste. Cook well.
- Add chopped tomatoes and cook until soft.
- Add Biryani Masala (adjust to your taste) and cook.
- Add yogurt (optional) and cook until oil separates.
- In a separate pot, boil rice until 70–80% cooked.
- Layer rice over the chicken mixture.
- Add garnishing (mint, cilantro, green chilies).
- Cover and cook on low heat (dum) for 10–15 minutes.
Serving Suggestion
1 pack (60g) is ideal for approximately 2-3 lbs meat and serves 5–6 people.
