How to Use
Add the masala to your browned meat along with the blended paste of onion, tomatoes, yogurt, and ginger-garlic. Cook until the oil separates, then add potatoes and water to finish.

RECIPE
You will need:
- 1 kg (2.2 lb) beef, mutton, or chicken
- 1 packet It's Tasty by Gohar Aloo Gosht Masala
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 2 tomatoes
- ½ cup yogurt
- 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
- 3–4 potatoes, peeled and cubed
- Oil as needed
- Water as needed
Cooking method:
- Heat oil in a pot and fry the onion until golden brown.
- Remove and blend with tomatoes, yogurt, and ginger-garlic paste to make a smooth paste.
- In the same pot, fry the meat for 5–7 minutes.
- Add the Aloo Gosht Masala and cook for 1 minute.
- Add the prepared paste and cook until the oil separates.
- Add water as needed, cover, and cook until the meat is tender.
- Add the potatoes and continue cooking until the potatoes are soft and the curry reaches desired consistency.
- Garnish with green chilies, fresh cilantro, and a pinch of It's Tasty by Gohar Garam Masala.
