How to Use
Add the masala while cooking your chicken karahi along with tomatoes, ginger, garlic, and oil.
That’s it — everything you need is already perfectly blended.
RECIPE
You will need:
- 2–3 lbs chicken
- oil
- 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
- 3–4 medium tomatoes (chopped)
- ½ cup yogurt
- Fresh ginger & cilantro (for garnish)
Cooking method:
- Heat oil in a pan and add chicken.
- Add ginger garlic paste and cook for a few minutes.
- Add Chicken Karahi Masala to taste and mix well.
- Add chopped tomatoes, cover, and cook until softened.
- Add yogurt and cook until oil separates.
- Garnish with fresh ginger, green chilies and cilantro.
- Serve hot and enjoy.
Ingredients
Coriander, cumin, red chili, turmeric, black pepper, whole spices (cardamom, cloves, cinnamon), salt.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place in an airtight container.
